About the Author:

Kerlyn Sterling prides herself on being a beloved wife and mother to her children. She is not without gifts and callings, which she takes seriously, realizing that she has a responsibility to God. She is also a pastor, a  prayerwarrior, a public speaker, and an entrepreneur. Kerlyn has mounted herself firmly on Ephesians 3:19-21 and springs forth from it as an unabashed mouthpiece for the Lord Almighty.

Just to give you a brief history about Kerlyn Sterling: Her beginnings were laced in spirituality from a dark world wherein she also suffered abuse at the hands of pedophiles. You might ask, Well, who were her guardians? Who was supposed to be protecting her?’ At an early age Kerlyn was put in the custody of her grandmother who was a converted Catholic. Nonetheless she (her grandmother) continued practicing witchcraft.

Her fifth birthday would prove to be the first of many childhood abuses like molestation and rape at the hands of those who should have known better toward her. Naturally, this invasion on her childhood, and ultimately her life, opened the door to a series of generational curses that were designed to plague her for a lifetime. She grew up shrouded in shame, devastation and hopelessness; the pain in her heart was crushing, as she would be wordless to describe her inner sickness of silence. By age 11, she became homeless. Nonetheless, God had other plans for Kerlyn. He and He alone would prove Himself to be Holy!

Her adulthood brought with it many changes, too. Some good and other, well, as life would have it, not so good. One welcomed change was her geographical location. Kerlyn felt a “tug” from God to relocate from New York. With that, she settled down in Atlanta Georgiafor a “fresh, new start” for God’s purpose and His Glory. However it was not until after she had spent some time in prayer and encountered the Holy Spirit of God that her life was impacted, thus converted forever. From that time Kerlyn began having supernatural dreams and visions of where and how her life was to go—ministry! There was no doubt that God had placed a distinct call on her be a mouthpiece to the wounded, the cursed and the hopeless.

The love of Christ was overwhelming leaving her with an unstoppable passion to live out her God-given assignment. Kerlyn has a street ministry but she doesn’t leave it there. She evangelizes in prisons and shelters as well, and everywhere she goes, she prays, encourages and motivates those who are under satanic harassment, spiritual warfare and bondage. Kerlyn also works with teenagers and adults at several churches. Along with the charge she has to minister, in an almost unorthodox manner, she finds new excitement these days because of her newest stance in ministry and that is taking her message to the written page. Because this rising author has suffered many traumatic events she is now turning loss in her favor, to the glory of God, as an authority in the subject matter of Break the Curse …Applying Biblical Principles to Break Generational Curses.
